3. Moulded Pieces Lead Time
Our moulded pieces require a lead time of 28 days, as they demand a higher level of craftsmanship and detail. While we strive to meet these deadlines, external factors beyond our control may arise. To keep you informed, customers will receive weekly updates via SMS on the progress of their order.
4. Engraved Pieces Lead Time
Our engraved pieces require a 24-hour lead time. Since these pieces are premade, the process is faster. This allows us to deliver high-quality, personalized jewelry in a shorter time frame. The expedited process ensures that you receive your custom-engraved jewelry promptly, perfect for special occasions or gifts. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Delivery times are subject to courier availability.
