Refund and Returns Policy

At Dranoel, we value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring a positive experience with every purchase. Below are the details of our return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:
  • In their original condition
  • Unworn
  • Packaged in the original packaging
Custom items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Store Credit Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we provide store credit for eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the return status to confirm whether it meets our brand-new, re-sellable condition standards.
Kindly note you’d be required to pay 30 Cedis for our  packaging if returned damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees.
