Do you ship internationally?

 Yes, we ship everywhere in the world via DHL. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the destination.

How do I edit my order?

If you realize that you’ve made a spelling error in your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. This allows us to make the necessary corrections before the production process begins. Timely communication is crucial to ensure your jewelry is made exactly as you want it.

What is the lead time for orders?

 All carved out orders require a processing time of 20-25 business days. This time frame can vary depending on production demand. While we understand that waiting can be challenging, we assure you that the craftsmanship and attention to detail in our carved pieces are well worth the wait. Each piece is meticulously crafted to meet our high standards of quality. Engraved pieces, on the other hand, take 3-4 business days to be made as they’re premade.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number(s). We provide weekly updates on the status of your order via SMS, ensuring you are kept informed throughout the entire process. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and transparent experience from start to finish.

When will my order arrive?

After receiving the SMS confirmation that your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. This final leg of the journey ensures that your custom jewelry arrives safely and promptly.
