3.Carved Pieces Lead Time
Our carved pieces require a lead time of 20-25 business days (excluding weekends), as they demand a higher level of craftsmanship and detail.
While we strive to meet these deadlines, external factors beyond our control may arise. To keep you informed, customers will receive weekly updates via SMS on the progress of their order.
4.Engraved Pieces Lead Time
Our engraved pieces require a 72 hours lead time(excluding weekends). Since these pieces are premade,the process is faster. This allows us to deliver high-quality, personalized jewelry in a shorter time frame. We also have express services in 24 hours at an extra cost. The expedited process ensures that you receive your custom-engraved jewelry promptly, perfect for special occasions or gifts.
5. RTW Pieces Lead Time
At Dranoel, we guarantee the delivery of ready-to-wear jewelry within 24 hours of order confirmation. This applies to in-stock items and excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Delivery times are subject to courier availability.
